The Materials Chemistry community welcomes two new council members for 2024.
Professor Clare Hoskins
Elected Member
Clare is a Professor of Nanomedicine within the Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry, University of Strathclyde.
Dr Shivani Pandya
Elected member
Dr Shivani Pandya is an Assistant Professor in Applied Sciences at Parul University. She gained her Ph.D. from School of Nanosciences, Central University of Gujarat under the guidance of Prof. Man Singh.
The Council will also appoint another member from industry shortly to improve representation from industry on our Council.

Farewell, and thank you
We would like to thank our departing members: Jan-Willem Bos (University of St. Andrews), David Lewis (University of Manchester), Helena Azevedo (i3S), and Emma McCabe (Durham University) for their time, service, support, hard work, and dedication to the community. The departing members will be missed, but we wish them well for the future and look forward to the opportunity to work with them again.
