The poster should be A1 format (roughly 60x95cm) If your school has the facilities, it can be produced as a print, although this wont score any extra marks The poster can be handwritten or word processed, in either case it must be legible The subject of the poster is Celebrating IYPt 150 years of the Periodic Table. This is probably the most open-ended poster task we have ever set, but we really dont want to narrow this down. There are numerous possibilities anything that has something to do with the periodic table is acceptable. Mendeleev, other researchers, other tables, elements discovered/not discovered at the time, generally an element (which is very interesting to your pupils could be four, each team member chooses a different) a group or block of the periodic table. And these ideas are just a few, I am sure you can think of even better ones. The poster should be a good mix of relevant and labelled picture/diagrams and text. If your pupils word-process the poster dont choose too small a font! The poster should be scientific and scientifically correct. References must be given as well as the schools name and the names of the pupils who put the poster together. The teams must bring their posters with them on the day of the competition The posters will be on display throughout the day and groups will have a chance to view all posters during lunch time and while waiting for the announcement of the results. The overall 6 best posters (Wirral and Liverpool) will be presented at the AGM of the ¼ϲʹ Liverpool Section in May 2020. >? ~ a Z̩|r|h|h|ZPhh^lOJQJ^JhCv5>*OJQJ\^JhNyOJQJ^JhTOJQJ^JhGNOJQJ^JhGNhGNOJQJ^JhGN5OJQJ^Jh{5OJQJ^Jhqh15OJQJ^JhqOJQJ^JhCv6OJQJ^JhCvOJQJ^JhCvCJOJQJ^JaJhGNCJOJQJ^JaJhqCJOJQJ^JaJ>?P ` a Zdh,1h.
