  2. The prize draw is open to all undergraduate student members who provide the Promoter with their student membership number, by 23:59 on 20 October 2024, to be placed in the prize draw
  3. The Promotion is only available to persons over the age of 18
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw
  5. To enter the prize draw fill out the student membership prize draw form on this page and confirm that you wish to enter by submitting your student membership number and Instagram handle
  6. Only one entry per person
  7. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes
  8. The prize draw closes on 20 October 2024 at 23:59, with the winning entries to be drawn by the Promoter on 24 October 2024 using a computer program to generate winners randomly
  9. The winners will be notified by a tagged post on Instagram and/or emailed by 8 November 2024 to the email address linked to the membership account. If the winner[s] do[es] not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place
  10. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the Instagram post and/or email notifying them that they have won a prize. The prize will be dispatched to the winner no later than 60 days after they claim the prize
  11. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete, illegible or lost entries or entries not received for any reason
  12. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed
  14. The Promoter shall have no liability to the winner or any third party for any inability of the winner to claim the prize or to take the full benefit of it as a result of the terms and conditions or any other reason
  15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice
  17. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
